Back Office Basics
Once you have signed up as a Consultant, you will immediately receive a Consultant ID#. Let's Start by learning how to login into your Back Office (BO), and then we will learn more about their Tabs and features.
Enter your website address to get to your Replicated site. Remember it is www.paparazziaccessories.com/YourConsultantID. This will take you to your website so you can log in.
Step 1 - Click on Login at the top right of your screen. This will take you to the Sign in Page.
Step 2 - Enter your username & password. Your username is usually your Consultant ID number. Click Sign In. This will take you to your Profile page.
Step 3 - Make sure that you see YOUR Consultant ID number and photo on your Profile page.
Step 4 - Scroll down until you see the navigation options. Click on My Back Office. This will take you to your Back Office.
Step 5 - Once you are in your Back office, click the 3 lines at the top right of your screen. This will open up another navigation window.
Step 6 - Choose where you want to go and what you want to do in your Back Office. This is where you can check commissions, place wholesale orders, view your team members and lots more!

Step 6 - Choose where you want to go and what you want to do in your Back Office. This is where you can check commissions, place wholesale orders, view your team members and lots more!

Once you have become familiar with your Back Office (and know what each tab does), the next step is updating your picture, adding your social media icons, and your story. You will also need to learn how to put in your "First Paparazzi Order." Read the "Understanding the Basics" to learn how and why you need to update your profile.
Understanding the Basics
What is the Back Office?
The Back Office is where you can purchase your inventory at the wholesale price. You will log in using your Consultant ID number so you can see the wholesale price vs. the retail price. This is also where you can view your team members, your commissions, your order history, your rank and more! This is your "go to" section to conduct your business.
What is My Replicated Site?
Paparazzi provides us with a free online RETAIL store where you will send your customers to shop for items you do not have in stock in your own inventory. This is called your Replicated Site. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order and SHIPPING is FREE on all orders of $100 or more. Go to www.paparazziaccessories.com/YOURconsultantnumber, then click on SHOP at the top of the screen to view your online store. When giving your website to customers, be sure to include your Consultant ID number in the web address as shown above. As long as your customer went to YOUR site with YOUR number, they will be linked to you when they create their account, and you will receive credit for their order. Once your customers order, you don’t have to do anything else. Paparazzi ships for you and sends your commission (45%) to you every month.
What is an Online Party?
Paparazzi allows a customer to link their online order to an open party, so your hostess can earn credit for their guests orders. Even if you don't have a party hostess, always have a party open called “click here if you do not have a hostess”. To do this, set up a new customer account with you (the customer) linked to yourself (the Paparazzi consultant). This way, you can get the hostess rewards from customers who are not associated with a party. Every little bit helps!
What is My Story?
At the top of everyone’s replicated website, you will see a personal photo, contact info, and a “my story” section. This could easily make or break a new customer, so that’s why it’s the first thing you need to do after you sign up for Paparazzi.
1. Go to your Back Office (login at www.paparazziaccessories.com). Click on MY PROFILE. Click on EDIT PROFILE.
2. Double-check your information on this screen. “Company” and “Pay to the Order of” should be blank unless you have an EIN and want Paparazzi to register your 1099 under that business entity.
3. The “Replicated Site Text” is where your “My Story” info belongs. Make it as long as you like. Direct sales is a relationship business, so make sure people can get to know you. (HTML code does not work here.)
4. Now click on EDIT MY PICTURE on the left. It’s important that you use a personal photo here. Again, people want to see who you are. A Paparazzi logo or a picture of jewelry will look very plain and won’t set you apart. If you need to crop a photo, you can use www.picresize.com for free.
What is PV?
PV stands for Personal Volume. It’s kinda like a point value that Paparazzi has assigned for each accessory. Basically 1 piece of jewelry = 2PV. 25 pieces = 50PV. So essentially you need to purchase 50PV (25 pieces of jewelry) by the last day of each month in order to be considered "active" for the month. Orders that your customers make on your website are also considered part of your PV.
What is Commission?
As a Consultant, you will earn a commission from anyone who signs up under you as long as you are active. You will make 5% of the PV they order until you hit your next rank, and then you will earn 10% commission.

How To order Jewelry
When you’re ready to order, go to www.paparazziaccessories.com and click CONSULTANT LOGIN. Once you’re logged in, you are now in your Back Office. To place a new order, click on NEW ORDER at the top of your screen. The easiest way to see all that is new is to click on the New Releases category and browse that first. Don’t forget to look through the rest of the items too because items don’t stay in the NEW category for long!
When you’re finished shopping, click CHECKOUT. You’ll see that you’ll get a Hostess Reward for every 10 items you buy (20pv). When placing an order for items, keep in mind that Paparazzi gives you 1 free item of every 10 items you buy! With that in mind, make sure to always round up your order to the nearest 10 so you don’t miss out on your free piece! Starlet Shimmer does not count in calculating Hostess Rewards. If there are any specials offered from corporate, they will also be listed here. Credit or debit cards are required for payment. If you can’t provide that, you can get a pre-paid debit card from Wal-Mart for a reasonable price.
