Because I have a very large amount of inventory to sell, I had to choose a way to display as much as possible and still look nice. I also needed to make sure it was easy to shop from as well. I decided to use the infamous Pegboard and Garment Rack displays. This type of display is a great way to maximize your space and get a lot of inventory out here, however, it definitely doesn't showcase our jewelry in the best way. Because of that reason, I always make sure that I use lots of necklace busts to display our Blockbuster necklaces and other popular items. I use two garment racks that I purchased at Walmart for around $15 each and each rack holds 4 pieces of pegboard. The size of pegboard I use is 28"x32", but there are lots of different options depending on the size you want. For the hooks, I use shower curtain hooks to hang the top pegboard pieces into the garment racks and then I use small S hooks to attach the bottom pegboards to the top ones. These racks can get quite heavy and unsteady so I removed the casters and that seemed to help stabilize them a little more. Once the pegboard was cut to the size I wanted, I painted them with chalkboard paint and added J hooks. I use this type of hook because they won't fall off the pegboard and I keep my jewelry on these boards all the time. I then color coordinated my jewelry and viola! Tons of inventory on display!
